Staff were nice and the hotel was clean and new.
Location was great, I have stayed at the Ibis previously so knew the area. The new Mercure rooms are lovely and the overall style of the hotel is really nice. I also like that there is a little cafe in the lobby area that is open from early to late at night.
The air conditioning was terrible, I couldn’t turn the temperature down and the room was constantly between 23-25 degrees. In summer it made the room quite uncomfortable especially at night. Also, there was no fridge, I would have liked a small fridge to put water or snacks. I was unable to buy fruit or any snacks as I had no where to put them and they would just go back. I liked that there was a Nespresso machine, however I tried to use it twice and both times it just didn’t pierce the coffee pods properly and no coffee or even water would come out.
